Hi,
There is no multilingual functionality within the theme. You need to use some corresponding plug-in for your CMS to implement the multilingual functionality.

Themler static content is not supposed to be multilingual.
The workaround is to use Joomla Module Position instead of Text Control in Sections.
On Joomla admin back end add custom HTML type modules to these positions. Modules may be different for different languages
