Hello, I am a little confused, lol. I'm trying to download and apply a few sections and am getting a notification that my themler needs to be updated before I can use the section. When I try to update, it jumps to upgrade and asks for a purchase. Themler business has all we need, we have no need for ecommerce and assumed the business package with artisteer would be all we needed to , why is this asking me to purchase anything?

And is there not any way to save a template without downloading Joomla?

I do not see any subscription applied to your current account. If you are working in Themler with the same login details, then please let me know how you have purchased the subscription?

I have a separate Themler login under dwinner@shentel.net attached is a a screenshot of my subscription panel that show it listed, but anytime I try to download a section to apply it get an upgrade message (also attached) :( please help!

Also, I am unable to download any photos, I should get that access with the subscription for 1 yr too right?

Hi,

Regarding the sections, you need to update the theme to use some sections. That's written in the message. You can see the red upgrade sign in the top panel of the application.
As for the photos, you should be able to download Small photos, they are included in your subscription.

Hi ,

I have paid $59 to upgrade my artisteer 3 , so when i am trying to export the drupal theme it still asks me to purchase the themler although BUSINESS plan was activated but now it is not and i get this message "The drupal license is required" with link to choose the licesnse !!!, i activated the artisteer 4.3 with the same old license key, i am disappointed rather artisteer 3.4 and themler don't deal with the header as i expected it keeps cut the edges which leads to disappear the logo !!!

Hi,

Drupal license is not included into the Themler subscription, it is a separate plug-in that should be purchased in addition to the Themler subscription, you can see it here:
http://themler.com/Purchase

As for the issues with the header, please provide more details so we could investigate the issue.
