theme for wordpress from html downloads

Hello I would like a wp theme exactly the same as the one named "Photography page", but I see it's not really a theme or a complete page becouse it is made og several sections.

As I click on the first section I got this: http://templates.themler.com/Themes/Detail/2637654/Page-High-Slider-Header?containsInPage=True

and the same for other sections.

So should I download every single html section and import it inside a new wp project?

There no way to get the entire page ready as a theme or a page in wp?
