Availability of sections with moving graphics

Hi

I'm currently building a website using a themler template below

I'd like to use the hover effect that you can see on the page under the slider on other templates.

Is there a collection of such sections in Themler to choose from as I'm unable to find them in the categories?

Unfortunately there is no such collection. You can use Hover Box controls to achieve such layout.
