We need blocks in home showing categories.

A tip when I add a layout of their tampletes the posts they do not show my posts but the pavilion could add a function in which apntariamos which category would show that block type: acidiono a post block and it shows the posts Category (a) shows another block category (B) and so on.
I noticed that the bank has tamplete (news and magazine) but none like portal type news: http://www.bbc.com/news - are always with static blocks, we need blocks in home showing categories.
