Hello,

Do you mean labels for such products? They are available from Products tab >> Add Control >> Out of Stock. No special message for products in stock is supported by default. However such labels as Product New and Product Sale can be added. Also depending on your settings in wooCommerce Settings >> Inventory, Out of Stock status is shown by Product Variations control on Product Details template.

In Stock. Unfortunately there's no ready solution for it. You may consider adding custom image at the same position as out of stock control, but with lower z-index.
