Cross-browser problem with layout in WordPress

When trying to access your website I get:
Read Error
The system returned: (54) Connection reset by peer
Do you have limitations for some countries or IPs?
At the moment I would suggest to try temporary disabling CMS plugins and browser add-ons for some of the mentioned browsers (for example, Chrome) and let us know if the issue persists.

I'll move the hosting and try again. It's on my client's cheap hosting.
I was planning on moving it to my DS anyway so that's alerted me to do that sooner.

When I have it moved I will see if the problem persists.

Site moved to new hosting but the same problem continues. Not loading correct in any browser other than Safari.

A layout I have made in Themler does not work in Chrome, Internet Exploder or Firefox but works in Safari (on a Mac).

Next to the 'Transform your Conservatory' block should be a photo of a conservatory roof but it only appears on Safari.
