Subscription Can't download / save Prestashop themes made using themler

I decided to try out the Themler builder on a prestashop theme, and when I went to download the zip it told me I needed a subscription. So I went ahead and bought a 1 year subscription yesterday. Well, after buying the subscription and it being added to my account as well as getting the email stating it has been added to my account I still cannot download the prestashop theme I made. Today I remade the theme, however I still cannot download it. What is the reason for this?

you have the Personal subscription, but Prestashop themes are available in the Pro subscription only. You may check the details about subscriptions here
