Horizontal menu submenus not appearing behind section

It's not possible to select the third submenu under "About Us"

Submenu Position is "relative" and z-index is 100 (just to be safe i tried 100000)

Seems as those Sections are making something. Bring some strange CSS lines.
I checked on my 3 themes and dont have this problem, no sections there.

Please try to set position relative and z-index about 1000 for the section that includes menu. If that does not help, provide an access to your site back end.

Hello. The same problem. I tried to change the Z-index for menu section and for the slidebar section. It didn`t help.
How can I privide an acces to my site back end?

If you select the fifth element in the horizontal menu (Noticias y recursos) you can see the submenu elements.
But if you select one of them, the second is behind and cannot be seen.
What can I do?
