Could you please describe the issue in more details? I assume that you are making changes to a Page or Post template, so these changes are reflected on all single article items using this template.
If you would like the changes to be reflected in a specific article only, please edit article content in Joomla admin or using Themler content editor.

Looks like you are adding the controls within the template ad not the Content area. Template is used for all pages of the same type so that's why your content appears on all of them. Add controls inside the CMS Cotent area marked with green. Check that the CMS Content is enabled under the Layout >> Content and Sidebars tab.
