Editing One Page Edits Others

In my wordpress theme, I have a Blog Template, a custom "single-videos" page, a "HomeNews" home page, a Default page, and a Page page.

When I edit the single-videos page's posts content (by changing the layout to null for each screen size), the Blog template layout changes to match (and vice-a-versa).

When I edit the Default Page's Posts content (by adding an image) and changing the layout, the HomeNews Page's Posts Content is also changed (and vice-a-versa), though I want them to be different.

Looks like I have to click on "Customize TEMPLATE style" to detach the style and make it unique.
