Hello Douglas,

Could you please try, if it is possible to save theme to some different location? Please let us know the result.

It saved to the desktop. Why not to any other folder? I tried to go back to the original folder and created a new folder in that folder named "Better" and tried again and named the folder "temp"and got the same error. Why?

I was able to publish the template to your hosting then export from there. After that I was able to upload to my site.

I have a couple more questions.

  1. Can I use a different header for the Home page than all the other pages? I like the home page but I need to have a smaller header on all the other pages.
  2. Can I create a Joomla template and convert it to Wordpress and visa versa?

Thank you for you in advance for your answer...

the website I am working on is www.bettermag.net

You can Also go to your Themler folder. Go to the finder under menu go to Go hold Alt/Option Library /Themler / hd_data / cms / wordpress / wp-content / themes / your theme name and zip it your self. This also works I had the same problems.

This is not the problem... I already solve this issue. Read my post... I have 2 other questions that you are not answering.

Hello Douglas,
that's great that you managed with the initial issue.

Regarding the last questions

Can I use a different header for the Home page than all the other
pages? I like the home page but I need to have a smaller header on
allthe other pages.

Yes, you may design custom header for certain page (Home page). To do it please follow the steps:
1). disable Header area at Home template in Themler;
2).insert Container control and configure it to include necessary controls;
3).adapt the controls settings

Can I create a Joomla template and convert it to Wordpress and visa
versa?

No, it's not possible to convert Themler themes from one CMS theme to other

regards,
Aileen
