unfortunately Themler does not provide such Blog layout for WP.
I' d recommend that you consider one of pre-built blog layouts at

How do you go about adding one of these to your theme? As the link you provided only appears to be downloadable html.
When I go to add a section from within my theme there are no options to insert a blog layout.
Hello,
to add pre-built Blog layout to your theme open the Blog template and click 'Replace Section'
Then select Blog layout you like and Add it:
