Can someone explain how to edit the Top Navigation Menu? At the top it asks to login and it brings you to a wordpress login. I would prefer it take you to /my-account page. Once logged in I want would be cool to say their name up there and log out. It currently says "Site Admin". This doesn't appear to be inside of the menu section of wordpress.

Can I exclude this menu from showing an icon in responsive view? I don't like the look of having 2 responsive menus.

By default the top menu is set to be responsive and appear as a button. However this can be changed by selecting the Top menu, nacigating tot he Top Menu tab >> Responsive >> Enable responsive >> None:
