Dear Themler,

I can't create new themes anymore after the latest update, from the theme selection screen. I can open an existing theme and then via File --> New create a new theme.

The error message states: File upload failed
Please make sure, that you have selected a valid Drupal theme.

Thanks.

Hi,

It's strange a bit. Please attach a screen shot showing what you are clicking first and then the screen shot of the error message you get.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi Hella,

I'm on the road but we shouldn't need screenshots I think. I click the blue "new theme" button (top right of the screen, can't miss it) and then the error message is exactly: "File upload failed Please make sure, that you have selected a valid Drupal theme."

Let me know if you still need a picture of the button and the error dialog.

Hi,

The screen shot of the error message. And then try the following suggestions:
http://answers.themler.com/articles/13879/themler-desktop-troubleshooting

If they do not help, then create a log file as described in the topic above.

Sincerely,
Hella

Dear Hella,

As requested the screenshot of the error message is attached. I apologize for not having the time to debug further at the moment.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.
As a possible solution please try to rename the following folder to drupal-old and run Themler once again:

C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_4172616436\drupal

It it helps, you can find your current themes here:
C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_4172616436\drupal-old\sites\all\themes

We're waiting for your feedback.

Thanks,
Ivan

Hi Ivan,

This seems to work for creating new themes but when I copy over my old themes to the new folder, I can't open them. They don't appear in the selection of available themes.

If I restore the folder (rename it again from drupal-old to drupal), they work again.

Best regards,

Oscar

Hi Oscar,

Unfortunately, they won't reappear automatically.
You have to import them manually directly through Themler interface.

Thanks,
Ivan
