Hi, I'm working on these site

www.ilgiardinovivace.it

if you enter the site
id: themler
pass: themlerpass

you see a menu on the right.
Clicking on some voices, for instance "chi siamo" you'll see a page and the same menu on the right, but at the bottom another equal menu, on the left. This is very strange because inside themler editing page these menu position doesn't exist. in few words I cannot delete it.
Please see the attachment regarding the "chi siamo" menu.

This is what I see, navigating any browser.
ass you can notice, at the bottom of the pages there is a little piece of the menu on the left. You cannot move properly on it, but it does work.
I add the "vivaio" page, and the "contatti" page. In both, the menu in not on the right, where it should be.

if you navigate now for example the "contatti" page, at the bottom you'll see another menu. It's equal to the normal one, but actually it shouldn't exist.
Here is the attachment of the template inside themler.

I need to be helped, as I paid for this license. I know that I bought themler "as it is", but I'm not expecting it makes things were not told to exist. Thank you for details, I see the issue on the pages. And we need to check the theme in Themler. But I cannot access the Joomla admin back end, I get this error:

Read Error

The system returned: (54) Connection reset by peer

Is it temporary server issues?

Hi, I don't know actually. I can enter the back end. I think you need I move your account in a different group. Now I have a look in various group I have in the site in order to authorize your back end access.

Ok now, with the same account, you con access back end interface, template, and see what you need.
Please let me know as soon as you can.

Hello Massimiliano,
I can open the Joomla admin back end and open the Themler now, thank you.

The page Vivaio is based on Default template, which includes the menu at its bottom. That's why the second menu is displayed on the page.
Here is couple of screenshots

As I understand you'd like the mentioned pages to use custom templates, right? So I'd recommend that you follow the steps:
1.update Themler theme to the latest version (v319)
2.make sure that necessary custom templates are present in your theme and include controls you need
3.follow the article
http://answers.themler.com/articles/10804/how-to-create-and-use-custom-templates
and make sure that you followed steps 4, etc. precisely and exactly

thank you for you answer. But, forgive me, I didn't understand exactly (My language is different, don't forget it :) )
so,
the default template, when I see joomla menu assignment, is not assigned to vivaio page, but but "page vivaio" template.
For avery menu voice, I made a specific template, and I assigned "page vivaio" template to page vivaio, "page giardini" template to page giardini and so on.
So what you are saying doesn't correspond to what I can see (or am I making confusion?).
Anyway, I tried to open default template and sow there is the the "right" joomla position at the bottom of the page; but when I try to delete.... nothing happens. The module stay firmly in place, and a prompt say: "unable to complete remove. another operation in process" (see attachment); and if I remove the text on default page, the same text disappears on page vivaio, and vice versa. So, I don't know how to solve the problem. May be I'm wrong, but I don't know where.
Please, try to help.

About the way to get new or duplicated templates, I followed the method you suggested.
in fact if you look at my template, you can see all the new generated template.

So I've proceeded following the tutorial step by step, serval times, but the result is the same. I think the problem is inside Themler, as it should be a platform to set the webmaster life easier; on the contrary it set it terrible.... Today I tried to duplicate a template, and it answer "an error occurred. the system is restoring", The I tried again, and again. The most time is spent in crossing the finger...
Actually is very difficult to work within Themler, and the problem is not Mac versus PC, as I work on line, not on the application. Today I'll see the customer of the ilgiardinovivace site, and I don't know what to say. The site is updown and I cant solve the problem. And you say that the problem is the way I moved. But tis is not true.
Now I' don't know what to do.
I hope you can help me

Now the problem is solved, but for a simple (I don't know really if simple or not...) reason. I had a old version of themler installed on the site, and continuously I ha a red button saying: "update available." But trying to update I had the final message of confirmation, but the same red button on. I wondered why, with no answer. I tried and tried with the same result ever. Suddenly I had an idea: I exported the template in .zip, and I installed a new updated blank template. Now, I had an update template. Then, I imported the zip file in the new template. and... bingo! I think there was a bug in the previous version stopping any attempt to update.

please forgive my last outburst, nut I was desperate. Anyway, I have other site with strange problems. For instance, please visit

and you'll see a little animation on the bottom left. It's a mp4 little video. First, depending on your browser, you can see a frame around the video or not; more, the video stops and don't loop. More, you see controls.

but now there isa a new problem.... when you'll (and I) try to edit the template the attached message appears. I dealt with joomlahost programmers and they say everything is ok and the problem is inside the template.

1.have you tried to follow the recommendations on the error message and check the path to Temp folder.
In case you cannot handle with it please provide FTP access to your Joomla folder.

2.after that we could check the issue with video

Do you have any restrictions on the site like blocking by IP or something like that?

ok. Looking in the dbsito folder I notice that the folder tmp has been disappeared: (Why?)
Anyway, I've created a new folder there, and now you can edit the template. you can now concentraste on movie problem.
