Hello,

Could you please try the following:
1. Temporary disable all browser add-ons and try to open anew.
2. Try to open in a different browser (if you use Chrome, try Firefox).
3. Temporary disable antivirus and firewall.
4. Temporqary disable CMS plugins.
5. Clear cache:

6. Clear AppCache. Use Chrome browser for this:

Let us know if the issue is still present.

I have the same problem, when I try to export my template for Joomla and include the content i get a server error and can not export the zip. If I don't include the content, everything works, but this can't be it! Obviously there are several users suffering from this issue. I am also using the desktop version. Please find a solution as quick as possible.

Regards,
Claudia
