Toto. You need to debug wordpress (debug mode will generate errors, when it is set to off you will get a blank screen). I think your php settings are not set right for the requirements of Themler.

So enable debug in Wordpress and if needed in php.ini or .htaccess and then look at the error code on your screen, adjust the settings or report back here with error (make sure when you report here to remove personal paths and data.

i have activated the debugging in the wordpress config file. Then downloaded the customized theme from themler again and bam ... there you go. Everything works fine from the beginning. I didn't change anything in my server configuration. Hm, i guess it was a bug from themler online, which was resolved today. Now it seems everything is working fine with wordpress 4.1.1.

It is possible, it is also possible little men have stolen some bits in the network line. Just joking.

Maybe you can inspect your first download to troubleshoot

lol :-) Yes i saw a different naming convention of the downloaded themler template. So i guess there was an issue.

I have the same problem with a blank screen when I click on the Themler link in my Wordpress admin panel. I uploaded this file to my themes folder using cPanel, billionthemes-1674265-smartex.zip, extracted the zip file and activated the theme. All I saw was a blank screen.

I returned to my WP admin panel, activated a stock WP theme, deleted the Themler theme.

Following the instructions above, I added this debug line to my wp-config,php file, <code>define('WP_DEBUG', true);</code>

I then uploaded the theme zip file again, extracted it, returned to my WP admin panel and activated the theme. On clicking on the Themler button, I again got a blank screen.

there is another thing you can try. There are different locations on their webpage where you are able to download you created theme. Try different ones. The downloaded file from the main page was sometimes broken.

In general to create a private topic click 'New Discussion' at the top of the http://answers.themler.com/ and check 'Is Private' checkbox on the form.
