Hi,
You need to have the site live before and simply copy the links to the live pages and insert them as the hyperlinks to the desired elements in the theme.

I am running it in Xampp, but I can only find "enter image URL" when I rightclick on a image. Is this the funtion you mean ?
Or where do I find a function to "insert hyperlink" ?

As for the text, you simply type the text, then highlight the part that should become a link and in the popup options there will be a link sign.
