Block Header style

Здравствуйте. Я пытаюсь задать свой стиль для заголовка блока (Drupal theme), но в итоге он выводится в теге h4, наследует стиль h4, имеет отступы h4, а мне (и я думаю всем) нужен чистый стиль. Я считаю что заголовок блока должен иметь только собственную обёртку типа "block-header", без посторонних тегов.

Hello. I'm trying to set custom style for the block header (Drupal theme), but in the end it is displayed in the tag h4, inherits the style h4, it has indents h4, and I (and I think all of them) need a clean style. I believe that the block header should only have their own type of wrapper "block-header", without extraneous tags.
