Themler is removing paragraph tags in page layout. How do I get my paragraph tags back to make my format resemble like in the editor? See photos for in WP editor screen shots and how Themler renders it screen shot.

in your screen shot of the back end there is a Theme Options block on the right side, scroll a bit down and enable the Automatically add paragraphs option.

Indeed, when using shortcodes, paragraphs are removed. But you can add them wrapping the text into the [text] shortcodes.
