I am getting this today trying to make changes to my Joomla site. This is very concerning.
So this looks like if something were to happen to your server I would not be able to work on any of my site again. Effectively ruining my business.

Hello, it's much more of an overall concern. How many servers do you have? 1 in Russia or Germany? A internet interruption or natural disaster could wipe out my ability to use your product.
I am asking for a clear transparent disclosure of how your system works and fail safes your end users can rely on.

Currently the whole Themler except protection logic is located on the server in Germany. Protection logic is located on Amazon virtual machine.
At the moment we are working on optimizing the process of working with Themler to avoid such problems in the future.

In this specific case the problem was on the server in Germany.
Our admins are working on improving the the process of working with Themler in general.
