Cannot start Themler "Retry PopUp"

Hi,

i installed Themler for the first Time and i can't open it i click on Wordpress, Joomla and so on and everytime i get the same error.
I haven't installed a firewall or antivirus
I cleared already my cache

Pls help :(

Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Sorry for delay, the topic somehow got lost in our system. Could you please specify if there are any browser plugins installed in your browsers (like those that switch the websites to https), if yes, try temporarily disable them and let us know the result.

Hello,

I do have the same issue when I try to start themler on my MAC (offline version as well of online version) while it works perfectly well on my windows machine.

Any advise ?

Hello Andreas,

Please try to backup the themes if there are any, and then completely uninstall Themler and click "Remove CMS Content" chechbox in process, then install Themler the latest version anew. Let us know if the issue persists.
