My subscription has disappeared

Hi

My subscription has disappeared. Also i can not see any info in subscriptions, invoices, statements or downloads. Any ideas what could have happened, also it definitely has not been over a year since i subscribed.

Hi,

I do not see any subscriptions under this account. Maybe you have used a different one? You had Themler subscription, right? Please let us know if you have received it with the Artisteer license key? In this case provide the license so we could search for the subscription.
