Wordpress showing summary posts when set to "Full text" in WP Reading Settings

OK, I found the correct place to set this is in Wordpress settings, Appearance/Theme/Theme Options. Now posts show up in full... when I have my posts set to show up on a Blog page.

HOWEVER, when I want my blog posts to show up on the Home page and set Settings/Reading "Front page displays: Your latest posts," it doesn't seem to have the same controls to display the posts correctly, for instance the Post Title is not visible (even though Show Title slider button is on). The Comments controls are not there. Is there a "Blog" template that has to be applied to the Home page when you want the Home page to display posts?

Ha! I keep finding my own solutions. This was solved by selecting the Content & Sidebars in the layout, then selecting the Content & Sidebars tab, then turning off "CMS content" then turning it back on.
