Hello Themler Team. I am trying to style a button of a contact form 7 widget in wordpress.

I tried to use themler for the styling of the button, but actually if i go to to style it nothing shows, as if its now included in the options.

Is there any way else to do this?
if not, please fix this asap, this means i can't style any of my widget areas in wordpress like i need.

Thanks for your time,
Shaul.

Hello,

In such forms the button inherits the global button style. The button style is set in the Design tab >> Button. Please let us know if the changes are not applied.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hi Nettie, thanks for getting back to me.

I am aware that a widget will take the button default style and use it. I am talking about having a different style in the widget, and a different style as a default. In every professional software like this you have the option to change multiple button styles, its a standard. another thing, this was working on older themler versions, so why not now?

also, there is a very big bug, in which when you press "more options" nothing shows. this is where you are supposed to get those options for editins, yet now when you press it , it defaults to the widget style, and you can't style the button.

I hope you understand better now...please talk with the developers, because currently this option is not working and it was working before..

thanks for your time :)

Hello Shaul,

Thanks for details, I see now what you mean and can reproduce the issue. Indeed, there are no options for styling buttons in a widget area (except for presets). Still the "More Option" link leads to the widget area extended options as in the old versions. So the issue is related to Button options missing, and I have asked our developers about it.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

I'm using v256 in Chrome and can't seem to style buttons within forms in my Joomla template. Is this a software bug? Thanks.

Hello,

By default forms should have the styles set in teh Design tab >> Styles >> More Styles for Forms. If they doesn't, please create a new private topic and attach the theme exported with content for investigation. Or provide temporary access to your website if possible.

Thanks. At Design tab >> Styles >> More Styles for Forms my button is green but on my site it remains blue. I will start a private topic then.
