Woocommerce 2.6.2 Cart Proceed to Checkout button does not work

On the cart page the checkout button does not go to the checkout page. The following support thread suggests that this is a theme issue whereby the theme is using an input field as a button instead of a link.
This is CRITICAL because customers are losing money with lost orders, and website visitors cannot get to the checkout page.

There is a Wordpress / Woocommerce support thread about this issue:

This suggests a fix, which I have tried but does not work as the version of Woocommerce is now 2.6.2.

On 2 sites, the themes are to the latest Themler version, latest Wordpress and Woocommerce 2.6.2. The browser cache and also the caching plugin cache have been cleared.

Please can this be looked at with some urgency, thanks.

Hello,

The issue should have been fixed for the latest versions. Could you please try clicking Apply to CMS or Save the opened theme, and then click F5. If the issue persists, let us know.

Although the Themler theme in the Desktop Themler did not prompt for an update of the theme, I just saved then exported the theme and it fixed this issue.

Following my earlier thread at http://answers.themler.com/questions/87187/unable-to-download-an-installable-theme/95017#post-95017 Am experiencing problem that my customers don't get posted to payment page dapsykem.com - woocommerce with themler theme also, this solution above doesn't seem to be able to address my issue.

Can you please help me investigate and fix the issue.
