Changing Linkcolor of Text-Element forces to change all states colors

Hi guys
I have got a strange problem
If i link a text element and try to change font-color, link-color or hover-color , the change effects all....

so if i change one of the color options seen in this panel (for example the link-color to "fff") it affects the hover-color as well! any ideas? may i`m doing something wrong :(

well i figured out, that it is making changes, but it doesnt show the set-color in the panel (doesn`t update the color in the panel)

can somone confirm this error?
