Two Read More Button not needed

Hi,
in Template DEFAULT Style are two Read "more buttons" red marked.
Two read more are not needed and want to delete on the left side (small)
The read more i want to delete are in Post Content.
I cand see anything to delte it?

The Read more Button on the right side in the Recangle Boxi want to hold.

Hi,

I assume that the first button comes from the WP settings. Go to the WP admin >> Appearance >> Theme Options and disable the continue reading button.
