menu like max mega menu

The menu will multi-column layout (Megamenu) is in our plans. In the future versions we plan to implement the option to switch Horizontal Menu subitems layout to MegaMenu layout. In addition to this we plan to support the ability to locate Sections and CMS modules on the second level of the menu.

No, that is not possible with the Themler menu module. Feel free to use any third-party plug-in for the menu.

It depends on how the plug-in assumes the integration of its elements on the page. But in general case yes, you need to add HTML control to the place on the page where you want to output third-party HTML.
