Hello,
I bought Themler Pro in December 2015. It makes all the work with Wordpress a lot easier and I am happy with the program.

I have a small issue however for now and it's with Prestashop + Themler.

I don't know why but when i add any of the controls (progress bar, hover box, search, ...) they just disappear.. or when i want to save the theme (so I can try to install it on my hosting with Themler and use there) it shows me some error.

I download here on this website a free template + Themler and tried on my hosting but it's almost the same (everything i used there disappeared) just without the error.

Please find attached a print screen of the error that i get. Any idea on how to fix this?

I have one more requirement I would like to install and use your Artisteer can you please send me License number?

Best regards,

Hi,

Please follow these steps to identify what is causing the issue:

  1. Disable all non-standard CMS plugins/modules/components and see if the issue goes away.
If so, then slowly enable them one by one until you notice the issue occurring again.
This should help to determine if one of the plugins/modules is creating the issue.

  2. Disable antivirus, firewall.

  3. Disable browser extensions/add-ons.

  4. Please open browse Console by clicking F12 >> switch to Console tab. If you see the error message like "Blocked a frame from accessing a cross-origin frame" please refer to this article: http://answers.themler.com/articles/56373/blocked-a-frame-from-accessing-a-cross-origin-frame

  5. Could you please provide us with an access to the CMS Admin panel.

Thank you,
Themler Team
