I want to zero out the padding/margin settings for the Headings. Please tell me where you have pre-set these defaults.

Ok. That is kind of hard to find. Intuitively, we look for a control that is causing the existing behavior, like an "inspector" that helps us find how an item is appearing the way it is. I will mention this in the UI thread as a wish list.
