Loging into answers.themler.com Problem

I've been having this issue for few months now. there is no way to log into answers.themler.com
it keep giving me this message with every browser.

The answers.themler.com page isn't working. Too many redirects.

I can log in to my themler account but when I click on the "Answers" link it gives me error. I can't even read the answers to my questions.

Please let me know if you are aware of this problem.

Hi,

Please try to disable your browser extensions and anti virus programs along with proxy. If that does not help, please create a screen shot of the F12 >> Console tab if there is any error during loading.

I can only login to your website by using my cellphone. Chrome browser. I tried every browser on my PC and still can't log in to anything. Themler. Com or answers.themler.com.

It keep saying "website can't load. Too many redirects."
I even tried logging in with my mac computer with safari or chrome same thing.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Hi,

Have you tried to clear cookies as suggested in the error message? Let us know if that helps and i case it does not, I'l pass it to our developers.

I tried cleaning cookies and cache. Still no luck. Sometimes in the url does too many redirects.

Hi,

Could you please provide us with the following information:

  1. A Network log:

    • before logging in please open browse developer tool >> switch to Network tab (if you're using Chrome please enable "preserve log" option on the Network tab)
    • reproduce the issue.
  2. Does the issue happen when you login directly at account.billiondigital.com?

I can log into account.billiondigital.com but once I click on one the answers, it gives me the same error. By the way, I have no problem loging into answers.themler.com by using Tor browser. All the browsers (chrome,safari,Opera,IE) give the same error.

Problem solved. It was the router setting. Router was set to filter cookies.
