Hi,

Please contact your hosting administrator and ask him to increase the mentioned values in the php.ini file. Basically you need to do what is written in the error message.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi, I contacted my Host Administrator, we change the settings. It still does not work. Unfortunetely all other Templates can be uploaded (Artisteer, Free Templates) beside of the THEMLER_TEMPLATE. It is something wrong over here.

Kind Regards

Teodora

Hello,

Do you get the same error message when trying to upload? Are you installing via Extension manager in Joomla?

Hi,

Hi, I contacted my Host Administrator, we change the settings.

Please provide the current settings for upload_max_filesize and post_max_size from php.ini (you can find this information under Joomla System Information >> PHP information) and let us know the size of the theme archive.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi,

I solved the problem - my hoster told me to change the phi.ini file in the main folder, but I saw in Joomla that it should be changed in the administrator folder.

Thank you
