The problem is that this issue also occurs when Smooth Wheel isn't active at all but the page uses a parallax scrolling effect.

Hello,

dg24,
So far we couldn't reproduce the issue with Smooth Scrolling effect. Or do you mean Parallax Background?

stryjek-www,
Indeed, unfortunately the issue is related to a third-party library that we cannot influence. We continue investigating the issue and see what other workarounds are possible.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Yes, this is what I said. The issue occurs if you are using a parallax background as well, even if Smooth Scrolling is deactivated in general. Check the frontpage here for an example: https://www.pulswerk.net/ (at the top has parallax background). If you move to a different subpage, the scrolling works well if there is no parallax background.
