Need help using flex column feature

I have read everything on this site and for the life of me I cannot get this feature to work. Can someone please give step by step instructions on how to replicate the 6 column HTML template example found at [http://templates.themler.com/Themes/Detail/2636029?downloadUrl=%2fResource%2fDownload%2f2636029%3factionType%3dDownload][1].

Hi,

  1. Add Columns control with 6 columns
  2. set Columns Height as "Full Height"
  3. switch to responsive mode and set the order of the columns using flex-order property:
