I have upgrade prestashop to the last version 1.6.1.6 and themer seem dont work.
Have any information about?

Please try following the steps from this article:

Especially note as for "Never recompile template files" - as after installation of new Prestashop version the option "Never recompile template files" is set by default, and that causes the issues, so change it to option 2 or 3.
