When i go to Appearance >>Menus and look at Manage Locations
It tells me it supports 5 menus, how do i remove them? i only need 1 menu?

The number of supported menus depends on number of different Horizontal Menu controls you have in the theme.
So, to have only one HMenu you should remove all other menu controls and leave one Hmenu. To show this Hmenu on all other templates you should share this controls between templates. There are two possible ways:
locate this menu inside Header area:

or use Copy & Paste and Share options in the right click menu:
