What do you mean by highlighted? What CMS do you use? You want to create a separate template for the featured articles?

When we create an article in Joomla, we can click on the highlighted column to this article is-inclusive on the homepage of the site.
I want to determine my website, created in Themler, a place where these items will appear.

Hello,
to output the Featured Articles at Home page of your site you need to set up the Home menu link in Joomla admin back end to display Featured Articles

In the layout attached which has a statement with the arrow, it is the place you want to be included articles highlighted.

Hi,

Unfortunately you cannot output Featured articles on the page of different type. Joomla does not allow this.
Please try the following solution:

1. Change Joomla home page type to featured articles and configure the looks of featured articles in the way you need.
2. add joomla position controls to the template level (a blue area). These position controls will be used to add joomla HTML modules with the shortcodes for blocks above and below featured articles. The shortcodes can be found in the joomla article you are now using for home page.
   NOTE: Unfortunately you will not be able to edit the shortcodes added inside modules in Themler. Therefore it's better to finish them before adding to modules.
   As alternative solution you can add them simply to the template level. In this case you will be able to edit them in Themler only. You can move these sections to the template level by copy&paste.
