Is it possible in Themler to make this kind of animated header, it shrinks on scroll and is fixed to on scroll.

I have made something similar, but I don't see how I can shrink the header. I'm using the pulse animation on the header to sort of mimic the above effect, but it's not the same.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.
