The menu halves

Hi,
This site http://www.scenicrimpoolsafetyinspections.com.au/ has a problem with the menu. The menu halves and goes to the left of the screen but only happens when you scroll down the page and the page is loading or you refresh the page when you have scrolled down the page. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Please check that the Fix on Scroll extension is enabled for the header only and not for other nested controls.
