How to get a hmenu like the one from "old Themler"

I made the website with an old version of Themler and I love how the main menu "grows on scroll" It was part of the original template so I have no idea how to recreate it.

Hi,

When you enable Fix On Scroll extension for the menu, open that extension drop-down menu and click on Shape Options, there you can set width to 100% of screen.
