Downloading Issue with PRO pack

hi i have brought PRO pack From : https://templates.themler.com

I have few Queries!
1)what are the templates i can Download and where i have to download.
2) what is the difference between PRO user and Guest User?
3)while downloading some templates asking for payment.?
that you can see in this Link : https://templates.themler.com/Themes/Detail/1896630/Travel Blog?statisticsID=51652432&containsInPage=False.
4) for some templates why i need to pay money separately as i brought PRO pack?
5) As a PRO user which templates i can download from templates.themler.com ?

You purchased Themler Pro subscription. Themler is a template generator and editor tool.
The Pro subscription includes:

Artisteer projects:
http://templates.themler.com/Themes/Index?Search.Cms=17
Artisteer is a similar product (a template generator tool too). But its a little old. But Artisteer projects can be converted to Themler themes. Your package includes Artisteer too.
Free Themler themes.
Photos from http://billionphotos.com/Media
and Themler itself.

You can find more details about subscription here:

The Paid Themler themes are not included into the Themler subscription because they are created by third-party developer. There are 7 such themes. All other themes are included into your package.

Your package is not a theme package. This is package of two application for editing themes and sample themes, and photos. You can use sample themes and create new themes for all listed CMS.
