There has been an error processing your request

Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Hi, I just bought Themler and I want to use it for magento themes. I installed it in my computer and I want to upload and edit magento themes hosted remotely. I tried running the application in my computer (windows 10) and when I select the Magento icon I get: There has been an error processing your request Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons. Error log record number: 523123269 Magento is a trademark of Magento Inc. Copyright © 2014 Magento Inc. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you Shmuel

Hello Shmuel,

You work on Themler for Windows, right?
Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Magento and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Now its working but I realized that it doesn't work for magento 2 and that is what I need it for.
I looked around yesterday and saw that it's not clear when it will be supported so I just requested to cancel the order about an hour ago. I will be happy to keep the program if I would know when the Magento 2 will be supported.

unfortunately the Magento 2 themes are not supported yet. Support of Magento 2 is in our plans but we cannot provide estimated date.

Could you give an estimated release date for themler support of Magento 2? We would love to use a solution like this one.
