Themler v.337 Update (23-August-2016)

After updating I can't install it on my web. There is an error "Unable to write entry" .

We've assigned a task to our developers to check this issue.
looks like you have specific server configuration because I failed to reproduce this issue with new joomla 3.6.2 installation, updated joomla to 3.6.2 version on PHP 5.x and on PHP 7.0.4 and 7.0.10.

Could you please try installing theme by FTP and check joomla/tmp folder permissions.

I too cant export as ZIP and then import into Joomla on the update. Im getting the "ERROR, Unable to write entry, unable to find install package" when uploading the theme. Im running joomla 3.6.2, Apache 2.4.23 and PHP 5.5.38 and nothing has changed apart from Themler updating earlier today. I had a deadline of tomorrow to complete the template and showing the client in the morning which has caused me a little issue :)

Iv tried uploading to tmp and installing from the folder on the server and get "Warning, JInstalller: Install: Cant find XML setup file. Error, Path does not have a valid package, Unable to find install package"

Why haven't there been ANY UPDATE NOTICE to any of the subscribers on there E-Mail on how to update or how to use Themler to use the updates???? No notice AT ALL.. Alot of ppl think that themler and artisteer is DEAD!

We have used alot of Money on your products.. and no notice at all.. Not everyone read forums.. (Just search for it and found this) since we have "our real Work"..

So please for your own sake and ours.. send an mail to all your costumers about the updates.. how to update.. changes.. futures.. And the much more you offers.

this post was only an information

it exists a private Topic already and i send a template.zip
the support wasn't also capable to install the template.

This error was for the first time with Version 331 - until 328 all works properly
and my Server Configuratin is OK ;-)

I can't import into Joomla after last update. I see the "ERROR, Unable to write entry, unable to find install package" when uploading the theme. I use joomla 3.6.2

I've been following your updates since you first offered this product. I originally started with Artisteer and was initially reluctant to purchase Themler. That has changed. You have listened to your clients, and now even have added the Suggestion icon for headers footers homepage layout and even colors! When I started with Artisteer the Suggestions button save me hours of head banging trying to get a simple look and feel and really helped the creativity to flow. It also reduced time to delivery for my clients. These seemingly simple features are what now convinced me to purchase Themler E-commerce and renew my subscription this fall! Keep listening to the clients requests and implementing the feature requests and you will continually have me and others as loyal clients.

Unzip customtheme.zip
Open unziped folder and zip all files... then install theme with new zip file.

Themler path for ziping theme files is no good.

I can no longer add a blank section - be it canvas or container. My mouse spins and nothing gets added. I've cleared my browser cache. Still nothing.

When I drag and drop an image into a column which already has an HTML control, the whole page goes blank.

After updating the horizontal menu can not be managed in DRUPAL !
Before upgrading My Horizontal menu could be managed in its place !.

After upgrading to version 3.3.7 of the Horizontal menu editor lost the ability to control levels.

Please fix it

If you receive this error while installing Themler theme in joomla 3.6.2 please try unzip the theme archive and zip it again. This may help.
Our developers are working on this issue.

Looks like something overlaps the menu.
Could you please reset the Horizontal menu positioning and position menu again:

This may help. If the issue continues please create a new private topic and attach the problem theme.

I can't add a section to Article: Home... Is this right? It is automatically added to the Header.
