The issue should be fixed in the latest version. Please try to backup the themes and completely reinstall Themler the latest version for Mac, then update any theme to the latest version, click "Apply" or "Save", then F5, then save again. Let us know if the issue is still present.

Hi I have done that, I have also delete the /Users/xxxx/Libery/Themler folder, reloaded Themler, copied the data back done the update and reload, stil 2kb files exported.
I am sitting with a big issue I cant export to get the work out for the clients.

Thanks for details. Does the issue happen with Joomla themes with content only? Or it also happens with Wordpress themes exported with content included?
