Unable to get the Animation Sub Menu Property in Themler

Hi Aileen,

That error what i mentioned is from Themler Project itself. It was not exported from Artisteer, and it was created by Themler Tool itself.

Still i am facing same issue, as you said i copied and pasted it but my project is non editable. I am not able to edit it any thing non able to select any section. Why ?

Hi Ahmed,
that's was proper solution to copy the missing files. That's great that you can open the theme now.

So in general please try to re-export Artisteer template with the new Artisteer version, then try to open it in Themler and update. Let us know the results.

Hi Ahmed,
I'd recommend that you install the latest Artisteer version
http://files3.artisteer.com/Artisteer.4.3.0.60928.exe
and re-export Artisteer template to Themler theme. Remember to include content while importing from Artisteer.
After importing the theme into Themler you have to update it in Themler

As for Themler log, I'll ask developers to check it. We'll c0ntact you then.

Yes, it is possible to export Artisteer project to Themler HTML theme, or to THemler WP theme

If data you mentioned it is added via Themler, then it could be a part of exported theme.

And, if possible let me know where we can get the source file in the form of .zip instead of individual .html files. Like how we.work on Artisteer .artx source file.

Let me know the source Themler HTML project .zip file updated one so that we can receive as Themler .zip file create new project with different name.

And, one more point i like to add it.

By doing so (copy & paste the files to the missing path) i am unable to edit, add, insert or select any of the section of the Themler HTML Project.

I think it's not working and need your help on this issue please...

This is previous error message following ticket

I just copied those files from root project directory FaisalClinic into Missing Editor path as per the error message it works and i am able to view the screen.

After copying the missing files i just refresh the Themler. And i am able to view the project.

Is that Right way of doing it or there is some possible explanation for the same.

Can you provide some fixes or updates for the same...? If we faced again in the coming times for safer side.

Is that correct way of doing it or something needs to taken care. please let us know.

And, find the error path it says home.html file is not there or missing. Why ?

Error Message - The requested URL \Themler\hd_data\themler_2093113814\html\themes\FaisalClinic__editor__\runtime__preview__\home.html was not found on this server.

I am getting some error, unable to open the project file. HTML Themler.

Is our project save...??? I am worried please help us. Suddenly today I am getting this error.

Let me know how to backup all of my work so far. I am working on one of my Client Project and lots of efforts we have make it on that one.

And, inbetween if we stop Themler tool then next time when we start the Themler Tool i am receiving error message, i am listing the error log fine below

Error File Name - ThemlerDiagnostics_Log_Error.txt attached with the ticket.

The error will getting wanish when i restart my system and try to reopen the Themler tool newly.

I mean if we have the project with Artisteer HTML. We can export the project to WordPress right. In the sameway can we do it using Themler, what i mean to say is if i imported the project from Artisteer THML using Themler, can we import the same with WordPress for Themler.

Artisteer THML Project ---> Import ---> Themler HTML Project
Artisteer THML Project ---> Import ---> Themler WorkPress Project

Same .zip file exported from Artistter, can we import using Themler to create two different projects (HTML & WordPress)... Is that possible ?

And, Point 2 (Contents Updated ?) :

Let we download the given updated Artisteer.exe file and try to export and import the same. I will let you know if anything come up.

regarding the Artisteer project.
The .artx file is broken, I cannot open it in Artisteer, it returns the error

And the exported Themler theme is no valid. Your Artisteer version is a bit outdated. Please install the latest available one

Then try to re-export Artisteer project to Themler HTML theme.
In case it fails, please upload somewhere the .artx file and we'll re-check the issue.

The static HTML content which is stored as part of Artisteer project is converted as part of Themler theme. The WP content could be also included.

All these should be converted without a problem.

It depends on how it is included into Artisteer template. If it is added directly in Artisteer it would be added to Themler theme. If exported files were edited, then script won't be included into Themler theme.

Should be converted

Once we successfully import Artisteer HTML Project to new Themler

You should be able to edit all content converted from Artisteer template in Themler. Artisteer specific content will be converted into different Themler controls.

As a result you should get fully functional Themler theme which could be saved or exported in usual way

If not, kindly let us know what and all areas will it get failed and what we need to work additional after importing .zip Artisteer static HTML project into new Themler project.

Note : Some of the dynamic script what we added are available with Themler as a part of it. We least bother of it but overall we need 100% important mechanism of Themler tool.
