Forced License update while having active license

Hi,
I have an active license until 2017. But when I try to upgrade my theme i get an error message and I'm forced to choose an new license for WP. I've tested it on two live servers and on desktop. Sometimes it goes well on desktop, but mostly I get errors. Why? I don't get it.

Hi,

Please make sure that it's not a WooCommerce template you are trying to upgrade. Also make sure that you are logged in while updating.
