Problems opening Themler Desktop

When I double click the Themler desktop icon, I get a full screen window, with the word "untitled" and a spinner at the very top left, and a grey bar to the bottom left just above the Windows start bar which says "Waiting for 127.0.0.1..."
I can wait many minutes, then I close this with the cross at the top right. It can take many tries to get the Themler open to select the CMS. It was working OK until recently.

It looks like the file is not attached. Could you please re-attach? And also please specify if the issue appears after some specific CMS is selected.

Themler is now starting properly.
Nettie, to clarify your question, the waiting is BEFORE the Choose a CMS screen appears.
