themler not runing anymore

hi,
i have a problem with themler on one of my sites. suddenly it stoped working. I wanted to make some changes in content but cant run the themler anymore.

ww.carstyle-bks.de/administrator
login and pass: woohash

the actual template used for every page is the themler.

please help me ASAP.

i have just noticed that my themler for desktop also stopped working.
in attachment you can find the log file from your diagnostic tool.

Hello Lukas,

The online theme opens for me without any issue. I have re-saved it, please try it now. Let us know if the issue is still actual online or in Themler desktop for you.

hi. indeed the online version works fine. I think it was some server firewall on the connction where I have been. anyway, works fine.
the desktop version however is not working. find the screenshot in attachment.

Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Themler for Joomla and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.
